1. Where is the meeting being held?
The TRX WORLD 2012 Global User Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona. Visit the registration website for more details.

2. How do I make hotel reservations?
A special hotel rate of $249 per night + tax has been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch. To take advantage of this rate, you will need to make your hotel reservations no later than September 7, 2012. You can book your hotel room via the link located on the registration page or by calling the hotel directly at 480-444-1234 and asking for the TRX World rate.

3. What is the attire?
The attire is business casual for all meetings and events.

4. Is there a registration fee for this event?
Yes, the registration fee is $99.00. This includes all conference materials, meals, entertainment, and return transportation to the airport from the Hyatt. If for any reason you must cancel, the registration fee is refundable up until September 7, 2012.

5. What time do I need to arrive?
It depends. While the official opening reception for TRX World will begin at 6:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort on Sunday, October 7, there will also be a charity golf tournament, outdoor activities, and a spa event. You might consider coming in on Saturday, if you'd like to take advantage of these value-added activities.

6. When should I schedule my departure?
We will adjourn the meeting on Tuesday, October 9, followed by a reception, dinner and entertainment. You may consider staying until Wednesday if staying for the Tuesday night event. TRX will be providing airport transportation from the Hyatt on Wednesday.

7. Do I need to rent a car?
No. All meetings and events will be held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, which is 16 miles from Phoenix airport. The Super Shuttle rate between the airport and hotel is approximately $20 each way.

8. If I do have a car, will I be able to park at the hotel?
Yes. The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch provides complimentary on-site self parking.

9. How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
You will need to provide your own transportation to the hotel. Click here for directions and public transportation options. TRX will be providing transportation back to the airport.

10. Will I be able to check email?
Yes. We encourage you to make the most of your time at TRX World by joining the meetings, breakout sessions, and demonstration areas; however, we have scheduled adequate break time within the agenda to allow for you to check email and attend to urgent business needs.
